Communication agency proof. announced that it is restructuring. Current Account Director Lyubomir Kashilski will become Client Service Director and his predecessor in the position and co-founder of proof. Sava Ahmakov will be the Executive Director in the new structure.
Lyubomir Kashilski takes over the leadership of the Client Service Department after contributing to the success and development of proof. over the last few years with his strategic approach and skilful process management. He joined proof. at the end of 2020 and quickly established himself as one of the most important people in its client team. Kashilski has been instrumental in attracting established brands such as Burgasko, Velingrad mineral water, Acibadem City Clinic and Mall Plovdiv to the portfolio of one of the most awarded creative agencies in Bulgaria.
In the new organizational structure of proof. the current Client Service Director Sava Ahmakov, takes over the role of ED and will focus on the business development of the agency.
"Lubomir is a proven professional who over the years has established himself as a key figure in our team and built strong and sustainable partnerships with our clients. His appointment as Client Service Director is a perfectly natural step in his development and a sign of the confidence we have in him. I am confident that with his energy, strategic thinking and leadership skills, he will continue to build on the successes of proof. and lead the team to even greater achievements," said Sava Ahmakov, ED and co-founder.
"At proof. we don't just employ people, we build them up to turn a job into a profession. We invest time, effort and trust in them because we know it's the only way to have a strong team. Lubo is living proof of that - he came in as a talent and became a leader. The change in structure is not only a business decision, but also a step to support his professional development, which clearly demonstrates the culture of the agency," commented Angel Iskrev, creative director and co-founder of proof.
"I'm taking over a department that traditionally exists between the creative hammer and the client anvil. The cool thing is that we also hold the key to the forge, so we have the opportunity to rearrange it to make it more convenient for everyone. I want to facilitate a process with more flexibility, more decision making close to the problems, less of the "how?" question and more answers to the "why?" question. That's what Lubomir Kashilski, the new Client Service Director at proof. had to say.
Kashilski has been a mentor in three seasons of "Advertising Academy" and has won awards from Bulgarian and international festivals such as One Show, Epica, Golden Drum, Effie Bulgaria, ADC'E and others.
